"Urambo Tauro" (urambotauro)

The first time I heard this tune was in 2009's Wangan Midnight: The Movie . It plays during the first two minutes of the film.
Nice melody. I figure this must be the “main theme” of the movie, right? Well, here it is again, but in a Collegehumor video (at 2:06).
This is actually now the second Collegehumor vid I’ve heard this music in. I thought it was weird at first, but now it’s driving me crazy. What’s going on here? Is this just some random piece of royalty-free music?
If you’ve already seen the live-action Wangan Midnight , skip ahead to 1:32:10 (and 1:35:48) to hear the tune again. It sounds like the exact same piece of music in each instance. Not a re-orchestrated reprisal of the theme, but a replay of the same track.
The end credits song list can be found at 1:38:45, but this orchestral piece isn’t there, and I don’t see it nearby unless it’s hiding in all the kanji I can’t read.
I don’t know what it’s called, or where it came from, but it’s stuck in my head. Again.

Geneon Universal has a habit of doing this; pull music from other sources (Such as Eurobeat and McFly) as an “original soundtrack” but never include the scores.
CaptDale - is secretly British
